This laser is superb for treating broken blood vessels, telangiectasia, rosacea, vascular lesions, red scars, superficial leg veins, poikiloderma, angiomas and pigmented spots. Patients having this procedure should expect a few days of swelling and sometimes mild bruising.

This nonablative fractional laser has proven itself to be game-changer in rejuvenating sun-damaged skin. It is highly effective for treating sun spots, pigmented lesions, mild to moderate periorbital wrinkles, acne scars, surgical scars, melasma and actinic keratoses. Patients having this procedure should expect about a week of dry peely skin, with some redness and mild swelling.

One month after a single Fraxel 1927 treatment

The Clear and Brilliant laser is essentially a gentler Fraxel Dual. It is most appropriate for younger adults who have less sun damage and are looking to freshen up their appearance with very little to no downtime.

The AcuPulse is an ablative CO2 fractional laser for resurfacing significant sun damaged skin, acne and surgical scars, uneven skin texture, wrinkles, dyschromia and actinic keratoses. Because we go deeper into the skin with this laser, patients should expect 1-2 weeks of downtime for healing.

LUMENIS QUANTUM IPL

This PhotoFacial laser is great for rejuvenating sun-induced brown spots and pigmentation. Patients can expect a few days of peeling as their sun spots peel off.

LUMENIS LIGHTSHEER

The Lightsheer is great for laser hair removal. It works best for people with darker hairs on lighter skin. Patients typically need ~5 sessions spread out over a few short months for the most comprehensive results. Unfortunately it does not work well on grey or blond hairs.

PRO-NOX NITROUS OXIDE/LAUGHING GAS

We recognize that some of our laser or surgical procedures can sometimes be uncomfortable. In these situations, we offer Pro-Nox nitrous oxide (laughing gas) analgesia to help take the edge off, and make it a more comfortable experience.

Laser tattoo removal laser works best on amateur tattoos made up primarily of darker inks. Large professional multi colored tattoos are difficult to treat as is green ink and lighter colors like yellow and white. Sometimes we cannot completely remove the tattoo ink and patients should be aware there is a small risk of scarring and pigmentary change to the skin. A number of sessions are typically needed.

This narrow-band UVB laser is excellent for psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo, granuloma annulare and prurigo. Sessions are typically done 2-3 times per week with no downtime.
